How can I find out if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your package is shipped, your cargo tracking information will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
If you do not receive an e-mail, you can contact customer service via our support line at +90 (532) 169 00 00.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by selecting the order you want to cancel from the My Account → My Orders tab.
Orders must be canceled within the same day the order is created. Order cancellation cannot be provided for products that have left the warehouse.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders placed before 17:00 are delivered to the cargo by us on the same day. It may take 1-3 business days for the cargo to reach you.
During busy seasons, delivery times may be delayed depending on the cargo company.
How does the process proceed for international orders?
Shipping and customs declaration fees are the responsibility of the recipient for international orders.
Shipping is provided by FedEx and DHL Cargo. Orders are normally delivered within 3-10 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on the customs conditions of the country you are in.
Our company is not responsible for additional periods and fees incurred while your order is held at customs.
What payment options can I use?
You can make your payments by money order or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron, PayPal, Troy, American Express). We do not have a cash on delivery option.
I ordered the wrong product or size, can I change it?

Depending on the product stock status, we are happy to offer size or color exchange for the same product in the store.
Exchanges in the store are only carried out in our Ankara Head Office. There is no product return and exchange service in our stores outside of Ankara.
